Invoice management system

The main feature of this custom invoice management system is recurring invoices for permament clients with reminders and payment status check.

How does this work

For example you have some service that you do for your client.

You may have fixed price for that or variable. You can set price per hour or price per volume and add several product/services to the recurring payment.

And every month invoice will be send automatically or you will be asked to input amount of work done.

Invoice will be send automatically.

Moreover – system would check status of payment by getting it from payment system API.

If invoice is not paid client will be reminded about it.

And finally – you have all the stats – who is delaying payments and so on.
